The Gallery at Bank Quay House are teaming up with Pyramid to exhibit posters from the Summer & Winter Olympic Games. 

Obtained from the Olympic Foundation in Lausanne, comprising a complete history of the Games, and the changing graphic styles and social context of the host cities and the cultures they represent.

Olympic posters for the summer and winter games from 1896 to present will be on display at Pyramid and The Gallery at Bank Quay House in the first of many events celebrating the upcoming Olympic Games and arrival of the Olympic Torch in Warrington on May 31st.

This collaborative exhibition between The Gallery at Bank Quay House and Pyramid showcases artwork spanning the complete history of the summer & winter Olympic Games. Obtained from the Olympic Foundation in Lausanne the exhibition features changing graphic styles and social context of different host cities and the cultures they represent.
